Memowars of a Schizophrenic leads readers on a road toward reflection
A thought-provoking wake-up call for all those who find their ways blocked by external social pressures, influences and stigma, this book is a catalyst for the emergence of a strong, intellectual and independent thinking among its readers.

From the enlightening understanding of religious teachings, to the current trends of today’s world, and all the way into the intangible facets of life that inculcate values such as love, faith and righteousness, this versatile book is enriched with compelling insights and uplifting knowledge.

About the Author:

R. van Niekerk was born and raised in the heart of the apartheid era in an impoverished community of Strand on the outskirts of Cape Town, South Africa. He is the eldest and only biological child in a family of seven, which includes three sisters and three younger brothers. Both his parents are still alive and Van Niekerk receives their support and encouragement to follow his dreams. Against the odds of an inferior education system (he does not had any formal or tertiary education), Van Niekerk grew himself out of the ‘norms of society’ and what is generally accepted by the masses to prove not only to his friends and peers but mostly to himself that if he set his mind, he could achieve whatever he wished.

Memowars of a Schizophrenic will be published in October through Xlibris Books.
