Multichoice issues statement on DStv's Dish magazine
According to the statement, “When we decided to discontinue the schedules in the Dish magazine, our intention was to stop giving our subscribers inaccurate schedule information. Since distributing the improved April Dish magazine without the listings, we have received a number of complaints from subscribers who are missing the printed schedule information" ... Involved in the digital industry for the past 13 years, Caxton has welcomed Will Smith as the company’s general manager of digital media. One of Smith’s duties will be to work closely with NAB (the Newspaper Advertising Bureau) to oversee Caxton’s online LookLocal division. iMTN Radio Awards 2012 winners announced
The 2012 MTN Radio Awards were presented at a gala banquet at the Sandton Convention Centre on Saturday, 14 April. This is the MTN Radio Awards’ third year of existence and the competition attracted 866 entries, more than double the number of entries received in 2011. Click to continue

Kagiso Broadcasting wins at MTN Radio Awards
The 2012 MTN Radio Awards held a number of big wins for Kagiso Broadcasting and radio brands Jacaranda FM, Heart 104.9FM and East Coast Radio. Between them, the stations won several of the accolades on offer to commercial stations.
