Bradley Elliott, MD of Platinum Seed believes that Little’s appointment is in response to the demand for greater and more useful customer insights by corporates.

“We know that there is hype around big data at the moment, but we’re trying to advocate smart data, that is, using data intelligently to add value to customers. Su brings a wealth of experience across multiple disciplines including Social Media and CRM. With her passion to create and nurture customer experiences with brands, she will no doubt help our clients, especially those in the FMCG sector, gain a competitive advantage in an increasingly cluttered market,” says Elliott.

With nine years of both corporate and agency brand marketing management, social media, digital and CRM experience, Little was the first South African to be recognised on industry analyst and thought leader, Jeremiah Owyang’s global list of Corporate Social Strategists.

On her choice to join the Platinum Seed team, Little says, “I've been working with Platinum Seed for over a year as a consultant, across various projects including, strategy, training and workshops with a focus on CRM, social media, loyalty, customer experience and Continuon. It was a natural fit to join the team as we share the same values in how we utilise technology to bridge the gap between brand and customer.”

Following a career servicing and mentoring a variety of clients from musicians, such as The Lumineers and HHP, to multinational corporates like MWEB and Distell, Little brings her expanse of experience and refined skills to the companies mix of clients that demand management of customer experiences in a hyper-connected world.
