The Rocky Horror Show has travelled the world since making its debut performance at the Royal Court, London in 1973 and continues to fascinate audiences around the globe.

The Time Warp and
Touch-a, Touch-a, Touch-a, Touch Me tells the story of a newly engaged couple getting caught in a storm and coming to the home of a mad transvestite scientist unveiling his new creation, a muscle man named Rocky Horror.

The Rocky Horror Show will open at the Fugard Theatre in July 2013 and the producers and creative Team are looking for the perfect company to bring this Musical Romp to life in Cape Town.
Auditions will take place at the Fugard Theatre, District Six, Cape Town on 28, 29 and 30 January 2013, and will be strictly by appointment only. Those wanting to audition should send their CV and the name of the character (s) for which they want to audition to Lamees on
[email protected].
Should one be required, ones audition slot will be confirmed via return mail. Those auditioning will be informed, via the return mail, what they need to prepare for the audition. It is important to note that all those auditioning will be treated as Cape Town based actors for the auditions, rehearsal process and production run. The deadline for submissions to the Fugard will be 17:00 on Friday, 30 November.
