During the month of November, Jungle ran activations across the country to promote the launch of the new Red Berry Flavour. The objectives of these activations were to drive awareness, induce trial of the new launch as well as drive Jungle Oats usage during summer. In addition, it was important to showcase other ways consumers can make use of Jungle Oats such as in muffins and smoothies.
Consumers stood the chance to win instant prizes just by buying Jungle Oats Red Berry. They had to produce their till slip to the promoters and they could win one of the following prizes: airtime, Jungle vouchers, Jungle Oats Bowls or a Jungle Oats Clip. “Apart from the prizes consumers could win they were also very interested and excited to learn about other ways they could use Jungle Oats Red Berry,” says Sithembile Mfayela, senior brand manager for Jungle.
There is a lot to enjoy about summer and now shoppers have even more reason to do their shopping this summer. “We are hoping to add a bit of excitement not only to consumer’s breakfast routine but by giving them more delicious reasons to serve it this summer,” concludes Mfayela.
