“We aim to attract food and wine enthusiasts, looking for a weekend away with a lot of activities, like cyclists, mountain bikers or individuals,” says Human.

Black Oystercatcher Wines, part of the Elim wine ward found on the Agulhas Plain of South Africa, is also home to the Black Oystercatcher Restaurant. The boutique wines offer crisp, yet elegant, fruity flavours, formed by the cool coastal winds, the unique Elim soil and a distinctive wine-making philosophy.

“At Black Oystercatcher Restaurant we live by the season, offering a fresh, intimate food experience,” says Human.

The Z-CARD®'s are very cleverly used as business cards, and provide a summary of everything on offer at Black Oystercatcher. “We are situated in an area that has a lot more to offer than just wines. We want to sell an adventure filled weekend for the whole family, and by adding a map we have made the traveller, tourist and local public more aware of all that is on offer in the Elim area,” Human explains.

“We originally chose a Z-CARD® as a quality product that gave us the opportunity to offer a lot of information in a compact and effective way that would suit and help us build the Black Oystercatcher brand. After much success with the Z-CARD®'s we produced last year, we decided to do another print run this year and the Z-CARD®'s will definitely be part of our marketing plan for a long time,” he adds.
