The annual four day workshop will take place from Thursday, 25 to Sunday, 28 July at the Emerald Resort & Casino. Final bookings and payments must be received by Wednesday, 10 July.

“It is important to book early,” says AMASA chairperson, Lyn Jones. “We want to make the booking process as easy as possible, hence the download. Please note that by completing and submitting the form that the number of places requested will be secured.”

The course is designed to give delegates a working and practical knowledge of media strategy and planning. Two days are spent in lectures where experts in the media and advertising industry impart their knowledge. Students are then required to formulate and present a media strategy based on information supplied by a live client brief.

“Besides learning about an innovative, highly diverse and interesting industry, it’s also the perfect opportunity to network with like minded people,” concludes Jones.

The 2013 Media Planning Workshop costs are:

R6 300 (excluding VAT) for AMASA members; and
R8 000 (excluding VAT) for non-members.

Price includes accommodation, meals, transport to and from Emerald Resort & Casino, all lecture notes and stationery.
