“To manage this growth, we remain committed to our focus on work/life balance, both for colleagues who currently work here, and for those who join us,” adds James.

Zulu has over three years PR experience working with clients in the corporate, financial services, medical aid and short term insurance sectors. She completed a tertiary qualification in Public Relations at College Campus in Randburg. Joining the PR industry just under a year ago, Lamani has already worked on a number of consumer lifestyle brands. She holds a BA Communication Science from the University of the Free State and a BA (Hons) in Brand Leadership from Vega.

They both join a multi-faceted team that has a number of clients in varying industry sectors, including MasterCard, Respublica, fastjet and Cheapflights.co.za.

“Work/life balance is one of our agency’s core values, and we aim to attract PR professionals who share this value with us. While work fills a majority of the hours in most of our daily lives, we recognise the importance of spending quality time with family and friends. Our flexi-time policy means that everyone at Tribeca has a life outside work, and this benefits both our clients and our consultants,” says James.
