He brings exceptional creativity and an experienced hand to the group, having worked as marketing manager for East Coast Radio, tourism and marketing manager at the KwaZulu-Natal Sharks Board, and as a project coordinator at South African Tourism’s London office.

Sithole will oversee the development and implementation of brand and marketing strategies for the various group companies, including Mad Advertising, CineMad (film & tv), Mad:Music and Mad:Studios (music, recording and video), Stagefront (stage, construction & shopfitting), Mad:Online (call & contact centre), The Bromwell (fashion and art retail), BREAD (food kitchen, bakery & sweet shop), aMadoda Braai (tshisanyama), Mad Space (property) and WTL (non-profit).

His depth of experience in the international Travel and Tourism Industry has enhanced his skills as a marketer, and opened doors to a global business network that will serve the group well as it seeks to grow the market presence of its various companies and properties.
