The net result of their granular analysis (and subsequent implementation of effective treatments) was a significant boost in campaign conversion rate.

“We do not easily adhere to on-form optimisation suggestions, and do not just change forms which already receive 10’s of thousands of visits per month,” says Nicholas Goh, head of Digital Marketing at INTI Education Group.

The challenge to C2C was clear: prove, without doubt, that our excellent form conversions could be improved upon.”

“Our approach included analytics of each field within INTIs forms, locating where the greatest points of friction was and looking at major causes of drop-off,” says Clicks2Customers’ Head of Digital Analytics, Lloyd Thomas. “Based on analysis of a number of variables such as most corrected fields, form exit points and fields that took the most time to complete we were able to pinpoint areas where enhanced design and overall UX would offer the greatest gains.”

Based on C2Cs recommendations an A/B test campaign was initiated, with the new “treated” form measured against its original cousin (view case study here). 

By splitting site-traffic evenly between the “treated” and “original” forms, Clicks2Customers was able to accurately measure the effect of their changes on INTIs campaign conversion rate.
