In true, #BoldDistinguished style, the event was held at the Art It Is Gallery in Parkview, where guests mingled over drinks and canapés supplied by French Corner and were spoilt with gifts and vouchers sponsored by Uber, Clarins Man, Miglio, Lux (Unilever), Mercedes-Benz and Convoy Shops. Guests were also serenaded by up-and-coming artist, Philile.

Among the guests were Nelson Makamo himself; avid art collector and acclaimed photographer Victor Dlamini; global brand and reputation architect, advisor, and author Thebe Ikalafeng; and creative director Siyabonga Beyile.
