In honour of the occasion, master mixologist and Global Ambassador, Dimi Lezinska, has paid homage with a cocktail collection inspired 2010’s best in film. These cocktails will be enjoyed by award hopefuls at the Asprey nominees party – held the night before the
BAFTAs – and award winners who want to celebrate their success with an evening of glitz, glamour and exceptional cocktails.
This year’s
BAFTA nominees provided an inspiring platform for the cocktail collection which was developed with unique and fresh ingredients to create visually stunning drinks to tempt the palettes of celebrity guests:

Ingredients
25 ml Grey Goose Vodka
15ml Bombay Sapphire Gin15ml NOILLY PRAT Ambre
Dash Orange bitters
Zest Lemon
Method:
Combine all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a small, vintage martini cocktail glass. Finish with a squeeze of lemon zest and garnish a macerated cherry on a cocktail pick.

Top up Soda Water
Method
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a champagne flute.
