In his role, Opil is responsible for growing Kaspersky Lab Enterprise solutions and services to partners and customers in Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Uganda and Burundi.

Opil has been involved in the technology and cybersecurity sector for 16 years. According to Kaspersky Lab, Opil was instrumental in launching its operation in East Africa as the channel sales manager, a position he held for four years.
He brings knowledge and insight into the dynamics and strategies required to ensure that Kaspersky Lab continues to penetrate the B2B and B2C cybersecurity market in East Africa.
He has also held various sales leadership positions in the industry with a focus on planning, development and implementation of effective sales and marketing programmes in Africa. Additionally, having previously worked at Westcon East Africa, Opil has operations, sales and channel expertise.
Kaspersky Lab’s Kenya office has been in operation since 2012 and has become a market territory that is a critical component of Kaspersky Lab’s Africa roadmap.
