Through ongoing improvements and strategic realignment, results were achieved for both Rentokil-Initial and Interwaste. Interwaste increased its leads by 139% through its website design and growth-driven design approach.

This was achieved through partnering with agencies XFacta and Pixel. Rentokil Initial showed growth through using inbound marketing and HubSpot — this increased their marketing ROI by 671% in one year.

"At HubSpot, we rely on our partners to help us spread the inbound message," says Katie Ng-Mak, VP of global partner strategy and operations at HubSpot. "Spitfire Inbound is one such agency that has shown unwavering commitment to helping businesses grow better. On behalf of everyone at HubSpot, I congratulate Spitfire Inbound and the other Impact Award winners on these exciting achievements," Ng-Mak adds.

The Impact Awards are given on a quarterly basis in five categories:
  • Grow Better — Sales Enablement
  • Grow Better — Marketing Enablement
  • Grow Better — Service Enablement
  • Integrations Innovation
  • Website Design
Strategic director Alison Leishman says, "We are really excited by being awarded not only one but two Impact Awards this quarter. This is [a] testament to not only the great team at Spitfire Inbound but also to the relationships that they have with their clients, Rentokil-Initial and Interwaste, which has led to the results they have achieved together."

"Winning these awards are very gratifying. Our first priority is to deliver great results for our clients. The Impact Awards are very focussed on results and therefore align with both our clients and our priorities," says Darren Leishman, MD of Spitfire Inbound.

"I would like to thank Interwaste and Rentokil-Initial for allowing us to feature their work and for the ongoing support they afford us. The awards are a result of our partnership with clients who are prepared to challenge convention. I am very proud of how our team does the amazing work they do every day," adds Leishman.

"Congratulations to the Spitfire Inbound team. You have supported our initial business throughout its inbound marketing journey, and we are grateful for the continuous growth and unbelievable ROI numbers that this project has afforded us," says Lémay Rogers, marketing manager at Rentokil Initial (sub-Saharan Africa).

"With our strategy, your continued guidance and Hubspot's capability, I am excited to see what the future holds," Rogers says.

"We have seen such positive feedback from our business community on the redesign of our website," says Kate Stubbs, director of business development and marketing at Interwise.

"It has helped to showcase us as one of the leaders of integrated waste management solutions and build our brand in the markets in which we operate. We have seen more people contacting us from the experience of looking at our website, and this is very exciting and proving the value of our investment in the digital journey," Stubbs adds.

In addition to the quarterly awards, HubSpot also gives four annual awards that recognise partner achievements across the entire year: Global Partner of the Year, Partner of the Year, Rookie of the Year and Customer First. All winners are recognised in the Impact Awards Hall of Fame.
