Fagan has been working in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and brings along a great amount of experience and knowledge. She started her career at the Protea Hotels where she achieved Sales Executive of the Year in 2000. She furthermore gained valuable experience when working for Hyatt International, overseeing Tour Operators and the International Market. From a corporate perspective, Fagan worked at Emperors Palace as National Sales Manager and oversaw the Sales Team and also assisted within the Banqueting Department. Fagan’s exposure and experience with regards to an International Hotel group was broadened while being in the employment of The Westcliff (Orient Express) as Sales Manager, overseeing the Sales Team, and working in synergy with their team in Cape Town. Fagan, in additional to the well-known hotel groups, was also employed as Managing Executive at GoStaySa, a company which assists privately owned hotels in sales and marketing, where she aided in establishing International Hotel Brands into South Africa.
