The team at Spotong reports that the event saw guests enjoying various exciting activations by sponsors. The event also saw networking opportunities, as well as motivational and inspirational talks from industry leaders.

Guests were provided a meal prepared by the students of the Ndofaya Catering Academy and were given prizes and giveaways. An addition to the event was the section dedicated to small township entrepreneurs, who were given the opportunity to market and display their products to the invited guests.

The Township Entrepreneurs Summit provided the environment for small, owner-managed businesses from the community to access mentorship and business development opportunities.

A reported highlight of the event was the unveiling of the new-look Spotong magazine, which included an increase in its print run from 11 500 to 15 000 copies per quarter and an increase in size to accommodate more content sectors.

This is intended to provide more relevant content for the Spotong reader. The new Spotong magazine was distributed to each guest at the event. Upon leaving the event, attendees also received a goody bag that included products and information from all sponsors.
