Two of the world’s greatest acts will be visiting central South Africa as part of OFM’s 21st birthday celebrations. The station has confirmed that international superstar Michael Bolton and boyband Westlife will be performing in Bloemfontein next year. Michael Bolton has announced he will be performing in South Africa for the first time in March next year. The passionate singer will give the audience a taste of his grand comeback to the music industry. Bolton has sold more than 53 million records, won multiple Grammy awards for Best Male Vocalist and countless other honours, including a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame and selling out to arenas worldwide. With almost 45 million albums sold worldwide, Irish boyband Westlife will return to South Africa to perform live concerts on their LOVE tour during March 2007. The band is set to tour South Africa and tantalise their fans’ by performing some of the greatest and most memorable love songs of all times. Michael Bolton will be performing on 6 March 2007 and Westlife on 7 March 2007. Both live concerts will be hosted at the Goodyear Park Cricket Stadium in Bloemfontein.
