Festivalgoers can party with peace of mind knowing that this eco-friendly music festival raises funds for trees to be planted in under-privileged areas.

OBiKWA wines will be readily available when one decides to take a break from all the action. With the wide range of OBiKWA wines, one can choose a different variety for every day of the week. Besides the ever popular, value for money Shiraz, Pinotage, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot amongst the reds, and Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay amongst the whites, one may want to give OBiKWA Moscato a try if one prefers something a little sweeter. Or add a touch of pink to one’s day with the crisp, dry OBiKWA Pinotage Rosé.

Tickets to the Rise and Shine Music Festival from 08:00 till 18:00 are available here. Early bird tickets are R120 per person, general admission is R180 per person and green tickets are R300 per person. Parking is available at Nelson Mandela Square at R10 a spot. Regrettably no 13 to 17 years olds will be permitted but children under the age of 12 are welcome, free of charge.

The festival begins at 08:00 with an hour-long Halycon yoga session at 09:00. Centre oneself and get ready to let one’s day take flight with OBiKWA.
