“We have a clear intention of ensuring that our clients perform at an optimal level. I look forward to joining a very successful team which has exponential potential for growth. I feel challenged but equal to the task.”

Tselane was born in Rockville, Soweto. She studied Marketing at the then Technikon Northern Transvaal, now known as the Tshwane University of Technology. She also completed her Management Advancement Programme (MAP) at Wits Business School, followed by a Marketing Post Graduate with IMM Graduate School of Marketing.

Tselane is ambitious, a personality trait which will stand her in good stead in the coming years. “Over the last four years Pragma has increased its turnover by more than 100%. Pragma has a lot to offer and I intend to create an enabling environment for the company to grow. We have a five-year plan in place, aiming to develop the team even further, serve current customers better through innovation and entice new customers to focus on their physical asset management.”

Previously, Tselane was part of the team that gave Bonitas a new look and feel and was also involved in setting up the sales and marketing division of Randwater Services into a fully operational department. Her motto is that one can do much more as a team than an individual.

Tselane spends most of her free time with her large extended family. “When I have time, I also assist my kids with their homework.  I’ve recently decided that I want to also run short distances like 5km. I’m starting slowly with some walking and running, and I really enjoy it.”

Her ambitions for 2015 are to contribute to the growth of the company and to also satisfy its current and prospective clients.
