Maseko has many years of experience in the training and development industry, having managed AET and FLC (Foundational Learning Competence) projects in the mining, industrial and corporate sectors. He worked as a lecturer for first year UNISA learners who were specialising in Industrial Psychology. Additionally, Keith has project, event and key account management experience in the marketing and advertising arena, as a result of working on notable regional and international brands.

He holds a Diploma in Administrative Management from Central TAFE College in Australia, a BA degree in Industrial Psychology and Development Studies from UNISA and is currently completing his MBA through Regent Business School. "Adult education is an extremely motivating category to work in. We have learners who worked as janitors and were then promoted to supervisors after improving their literacy skills and fuel attendants who are now top facilitators in Maths. This is why I go to work every day - these learners motivate me," said Maseko.
