The Union Pop-Up Bar with Bombay Sapphire will run from Friday, 9 May to Saturday, 26 July.

Operating hours will run from Wednesdays to Fridays from 18:00 to 03:00 and Saturdays from 16:00 to 03:00 and Sundays from 16:00 to 22:00.
