The show is hosted by head chef Lentswe Bhengu, and guest host Zama Memela, who will take viewers on a culinary journey that will introduce them to the food culture of Africa.
Whether it’s learning about Nigerian street food, exploring the spice history of Zanzibar or delving into the Souks of Marrakesh, Lentswe and Zama stop at nothing in their quest to explore the diverse flavours and textures of the continent.
While looking for exotic ingredients or being inspired by people along the way, Bhengu and Memelacook by the side of the road, in the bush, and in the cities they visit before returning home to serve up their own interpretations of the dishes they have tasted.
