Every new issue of
Dossier is toasted with a bit of bubbly, and celebrities and the press are invited to an exclusive launch party where the latest trends are celebrated. The first issue was awarded a bronze statue in the publication category of the most recent
Loerie Awards.
Dossier is run full-time by editor Mia Ziervogel, a photographer with 25 years experience in the magazine business. She began collecting her favourite magazine titles since the age of 12, and her passion for magazines led her to start her first one when she was 19. Ziervogel now oversees the content and design of
Dossier along with MetropolitanRepublic founder and fellow magazine addict, Paul Warner. A talented team of South African contributors helps to compile the content under their stewardship.
Dossier is a bi-monthly publication, with a print run 5 000 copies. It is distributed by Magscene and is available at Exclusive Books and CNA stores nationwide at a cover price of R50.
