These women do want to have families and children and – at times- the career is in the way. Hence, a trend of 'delayed pregnancies' is emerging. Working women often decide to start their families when they are already well into their thirties. Wanting to have the first child at that age may turn into a fertility problem, while pregnancy carries much higher risks than usual. Coupled with a work related stress and life style obstacles, with career goals and job opportunities often taking precedence, women are faced with multiple dilemmas and questions.
