Seen at the show were some of Men’s Health cover models and Johannesburg's top celebs including SA rower Lawrence Ndlovu; MasterChef sisters Selene and Leandri van der Wat; Zuraida Jardine; singer Graeme Watkins; TV presenter Boity Thulo; model Refilwe Modiselle; MTV Choice presenters Roxy Burger and Sade Gilberti; Sonia and Matthew Booth; singers Chad Saaiman and Matthew Gold; Isidingo’s Vusi Kunene and Simphiwe Gwegwe from Idols.

Guests were treated to a preview of some of the hottest summer trends from Diesel, Topman, Lyle &amp Scott, Guess, Kurt Geiger, Polo, Mr Price, Levi’s, Pringle, T.M. Lewin, celio and JX.
Stepping away from the typical ‘muted tones’, a number of brands opted for colour blocking. A mixture of brights, pastels, florals and eye catching patterns were prominent. There’s a return from 2012’s hit: the blazer is now unlined in an unexpected print or bold colour. Look out for the nautical-meets-military look for summer.

Men’s Health Fashion editor, Azeez Jacobs, comments “This season’s looks are all about clean lines and bold new colours, textures and prints. There are three or four clear themes for summer and it’s exciting to see how each brand has interpreted them. For us, the Menswear Collection was an opportunity to bring the fashion pages to life and we were thrilled to present a show that reflected a variety of looks and key items that every man should own.”
