Ntsibande's marketing career of more than 10 years includes publishing, television, radio and a stint in entrepreneurship as an advertising owner.

He received the Amstel to Salute Trophy in 2004. His award as Best Franchiser in 2010 kickstarted his career in media as an intern at Drum Magazine, Penta Publishing, SABC TV and SABC Radio.

He has worked on brands such as Vodacom, the FIFA World Cup, Dorp 2 Dorp (SABC2) and Mandela 95, to name but a few.

He currently serves as a judge and adjudicator for the MTN Radio Awards and the highly acclaimed PROMAX/BDA Africa as well as a guest lecturer with Vega School of Branding.
