SABC 2's Speak Out responds to hundreds of letters it received regarding estate agents who have sold people houses fully aware that they have current inhabitants are refusing to move out, on Wednesday at 21:30.
It is unfortunate that most of these stories will have no resolution because there is a bank loan involved which is signed and binding.
What sets this week’s case apart is the fact that there is actually no house to speak of in the first place,
Our complainant says the seller of her house misrepresented the house which she was to buy. The house they showed her is not the one she ended up with. In fact, the real property in question is a flat piece of land.
