Takalani Sesame Muppets visit Empangeni

South Africa’s much loved Muppets from Takalani Sesame are part of Sanlam’s road show, will perform at 11:00, 11:40 and 15:00 on 5 November at Sanlam Centre 335 Maxwell Drive in Empangeni.
Over the past 11 years, the award-winning Takalani Sesame has provided South Africa’s children with educational, fun, entertaining and quality programming on SABC television channels and radio stations. Muppets Kami, Zikwe, Moshe, Zuzu and Neno will entertain children on stage and in play areas.
Takalani, which means ‘be happy’ in TshiVenda, conveys the spirit of happiness and innocence. Takalani Sesame is brought to the children of South Africa through a partnership between SABC Education and Sanlam. Sanlam has sponsored Takalani Sesame since the first broadcast in 2000.
