Sony Entertainment Television to premiere Crossing Lines in 2013

Sony Entertainment Television has confirmed it will premiere a new series, Crossing Lines in 2013. The one hour crime drama is the latest original series to be ordered by Sony Pictures Television (SPT) Networks for its global network of channels, including Sony Entertainment Television, in 81 territories around the globe.
Shot on location in France and the Czech Republic, Crossing Lines is a weekly procedural series profiling the International Criminal Court (ICC), a special crime unit investigating European cross-border crimes. An international team of elite detectives is assembled to hunt down criminals and bring them to justice. Europe’s FBI is born.
A star-studded cast from the US and Europe will front the series, including Donald Sutherland, Marc Lavoine, William Fichtner, Tom Wlaschiha, Gabriella Pession, Richard Flood, Genevieve O’Reilly and Moon Dailly.
The series is created and executive produced by Edward Allen Bernero and executive produced by Rola Bauer. The series was jointly commissioned by TF1, which will air the series in France, and is being produced by Tandem Communications.
Crossing Lines is the third global drama series commissioned by SPT Networks. The first was The Firm, which launched in 2012 followed by Hannibal which launches mid-season 2013.
