Sony Max to broadcast Call Me Fitz this February
Media 29
In Call Me Fitz, Jason Priestley plays a sleazy used-car salesman who is forced to confront his inner conscience – with uproarious and offbeat results. Call Me Fitz will be broadcast from Wednesday, 6 February at 22:00 on Sony Max, channel 128 on DStv.
Priestley stars as Richard 'Fitz' Fitzpatrick, a charming, substance-abusing, womanising scoundrel who lives a consequence-free life. But then a new salesman called Larry (Ernie Grunwald) arrives on the scene and prods Fitz into re-examining his decadent ways – not without resistance, of course.
This smart, snappy satirical comedy series has scored big at the Canadian Comedy Awards, as well as the Directors Guild of Canada and Gemini awards. Priestley recently described the show as “booze, blow and broads – or Sunday night at Charlie Sheen’s house”.
Call Me Fitz will be broadcast from Wednesday, 6 February at 22:00 on Sony Max, channel 128 on DStv.
