Jana Marais appointed new editor of <i>Finweek</i>
Media24 Weekly Magazines announced the appointment of Jana Marais as editor of Finweek magazine, effective from Wednesday, 1 October. Marais joins the title after celebrating several years as senior business reporter at Sunday Times.
The biggest stars in Afrikaans were awarded honours at the Huisgenoot Tempo Awards on Tuesday, 3 June at Emperors Palace in Gauteng. Pad na Jou Hart was one of the night’s big winners: it scooped the Tempo award for Movie of the Year (Afrikaanse Rolprent van die Jaar).
