The agency won a total of 29 awards in 2016. During the recently held Marketing Society of Kenya Awards, the agency won six awards in digital, PR, and sports marketing. It was also named the Best Advertising Agency, in addition to winning two of the four Platinum Best of the Best awards at the Gong-Gong Awards.

Ogilvy & Mather Africa won 20 prizes in the Advertising Practitioners Awards including two of the top Grand Prix prizes, as well as the Young Creatives Awards.
