Megan Macnab, Jack Daniel’s marketing manager, says, “Jack Daniel’s is uniquely positioned and a distinct brand, as it is one of the very few brands that can let the product speak for itself, without needing an artificial world created around it. This independent authenticity is embodied in the iconic Old No. 7, through which product and storytelling are synonymous.”
This was the rationale behind the new ad, which focuses entirely on the iconic black and white labelled bottle. All of the key facts about the whiskey and the Jack Daniel Distillery that are detailed there are showcased by up-close camera angles and a voice over.
