All the proceeds will go towards helping build a library in a disadvantaged community. Net#work BBDO's founding partner, Mike Schalit, and Loeries CEO, Andrew Human, say that it would dovetail nicely with the Loeries, particularly in conjunction with Student Portfolio Day, as the #CD book aims to inspire the next generation of creative leaders in South Africa.

#CreativeDirector contains provocations, inspirations, and award-winning work from 30 of South Africa's creative brains as they define creative work and its significance.

Schalit adds, "Instead of simply looking back at our learnings, I thought it might be more instructive to look forward and see if we could identify some wisdom on the subject to help inspire the next generation. And what better than through the eyes of some of the extraordinary 'ideasmiths' who’ve passed through our creative incubator?"

The limited edition book goes on sale at the launch for R995. Donations for the library initiative may also be pledged. It will be sold directly to the public online through a direct link on the Net#work BBDO website.
