According to Ogilvy Cape Town, the insight for the ad comes from the fact that soccer players often take a dive for a free kick or to get the opposing player penalised with a card.

The ad follows football player Herbz, who decides to take a dive and roll all the way through town to 'make a meal of it' at KFC, with two pieces of chicken and chips.

His 'flipping and flopping' around the field confused not only the players and managers but the medics too, as he decides to roll out of the stadium on his way to KFC.
