Coetzee has just under 10 years of experience in the human resources field, and half of that has been in the marketing advertising industry.

"Due to my exposure and contribution to this industry, Grey Africa provided me with the opportunity to continuously contribute to the development, but even more importantly, to assist with the development of the business as a whole and remain the employer of choice," says Coetzee.

"Grey has always had an immaculate reputation in the industry and, when the opportunity arrived, I did not think twice about joining forces. I do look forward to supporting the agency with the continuous work of developing top achievers in this industry," adds Coetzee.

Khaiyane has worked with brands like Telkom, Soweto Gold and KWV Wines, to name a few. She has also been a contributor to Cherrie Bomb, a group exhibition exploring the lived experiences of women in South Africa. "I’m a big believer in the idea that we can use creativity to push boundaries and make impactful changes all around us," she adds.

Khaiyane says that the best part of her job is the inception phase. "I love coming up with ideas and figuring out how they can come alive on different platforms," she says.

"I joined Grey because I felt like there’s a culture that recognises the value and function of creativity, which is something I find important in the workspace," Khaiyane concludes.
