Menezes will be responsible for developing Itec’s sales strategies and operations across the business, with a specific focus on strategic accounts and large corporates.

Menezes previously spent 15 years at Ricoh, where, according to Itec South Africa, she built an enviable award-winning resume — including 13 annual sales quota trips, seven salesperson of the year awards and more than 300 monthly sales awards. "She will be using her experience to mentor and upskill Itec’s current sales force," says Meyer.
“The industry’s expectations of a salesperson have changed dramatically. The old sales methodology of pitching product to anyone with a pulse without a proper business strategy will not work in today’s competitive and economically challenging world," says Menezes.
"You’ve got to add real value by listening to your client, and finding ways to partner, collaborate and come up with bespoke business-focussed solutions together," Menezes adds.
