"I am filled with an incredible sense of pride when I reflect on our journey as a company," says Lesley Waterkeyn, founder and vice-chairperson of CWDi.

It is on this positive note that I announce my decision to step down as group CEO and pass the baton to my esteemed colleague, Janine Kruger. Janine says that she is sincerely grateful to Lesley for believing in her, challenging her and inspiring her. She also says that Lesley has exemplified what authentic leadership means, and through this example, she has learnt valuable lessons.
"I believe that behind every great leader, is a great team. The concept of hierarchy is outdated and for me, it's about collaboration and accountability. I look forward to leading CWDi into 2020 and beyond," concludes Kruger.
