An IAB South African initiative, the
Bookmarks Awards reward excellence in the digital sphere and recognise the powerful impact of interactive marketing.
Arc Interactive, a member of the IAB South Africa, is an agency that has a long-standing relationship as well as merits with the
Bookmarks Awards. Arc Interactive won three
Silver Awards at the 2019
Bookmarks Awards for its work on CellCgirl, Choma and Dis-Chem. These fell in the categories of
Brand, Commercial and Retail website;
Public Service;
NPO Platform; and
Mobile Apps.
The 2020 IAB
Bookmarks Awards entries will be judged by the following jury panels in the following categories:
- marketers
- builders
- publishers
- innovation engineers
- gamers
- performance marketing
- special honours
- a new eighth panel: social, community and digital influencer marketing
Sizakele Nene, brand strategist and content lead at Arc Interactive, will be on the new
social, community and digital influencer marketing panel. She will be judging this category alongside Melissa Attree (creative director at Ogilvy), Paballo Rampa (senior specialist of content marketing at Vodacom) and Loyiso Twala (creative director at FCB).
Arc Interactive's managing partner Luke Goller will join the

Past awards that Luke has judged in 2019 include the
