"As a consequence, we had to embrace the beautiful constraints of a limited budget, without compromising on quality or ambitions," says the team at Yoco.
For the lead video comms, the company partnered with a set of freelancers. The lead video was produced for under 5% of previous Yoco lead videos produced. Yoco has indicated that '#NeverStopStarting' is the hashtag at the core of of the 'Restart' campaign.
"At a time when many small businesses are under pressure, Yoco is a voice of hope communicating practical advice, guidance and suggesting tools to help SMEs navigate the new business operating environment," says the team.
According to Yoco, the rules may have changed, but the game of business hasn't. All that is needed is a mindset shift and for SMEs to retool, 'rethink and reconnect', says the company.
"The reaction has been incredible so far. Total video views are in excess of 500 000 across all platforms, since its launch on Tuesday, 18 August. Very limited time and budget was spent. [We] managed maximum output with minimum input," adds the team.
"Our objective was very simple — to inspire small business owners to 'retool, rethink, reimagine and restart'," concludes the team.
