Key performance indicator (KPI)

It refers to a measurable value that is used to indicate the progress of reaching a marketing goal.


Earned media

Any promotional coverage received by the media or people outside of your brand is known as earned media.


Customer or buyer persona

Personas are fictional representations of your target audience that offer insights into possible customer decisions.
