Advertising spend is still following the digital trend. TV, audio and Out-of-Home aren't the only media channels being digitalised — brand management is as well, says DMEXCO.

"Digital marketing has truly found its way into the marketing departments and activities of all brands. Digital marketing has reached the boardroom — and so has DMEXCO, says Verena Gründel, DMEXCO's brand and communications director and host.

Gründel adds, "And thats why we're dedicating a whole day to this target group on the Center Stage for the very first time. I'm positive that the CMO Summit will be one of DMEXCO's programme highlights."

Dirk Freytag, president of the German Association for the Digital Economy (BVDW), concludes, "DMEXCO is Europe's flagship event by and for the digital economy. The CMO Summit underscores this status. Marketing decision-makers come together at DMEXCO to learn from each other and shape the future."
