As the travel and tourism industry pulls its marketing budget closer to keep warm during this winter recession, Legacy Hotel Group is warming its hands on the fires of brand exposure. The Michelangelo Towers, Raphael and Da Vinci Hotels, as well as the Michelangelo Towers Shopping Mall and many aspects of the overall Legacy corporate branding, is being addressed by branding specialists Red Rocket Design.
With the massive influx of foreign tourists anticipated during 2010, Legacy has recognised the opportunity to generate large-scale awareness for its mother brand. The fact that Legacy owns prime real estate in South Africa and enjoys dominance in the Sandton precinct, has presented spectacular opportunities for exclusive branding.
Legacy's marketing and development manager, Mike Rowley, says, “Delivering an exceptional product and service is critical to success of our business but effective branding is mandatory to build brand equity.”
Red Rocket Design and Advertising has a signage division which gives it the unique advantage of designing with a deep understanding of what is possible and practical. “Aside from our experience in design and branding, Red Rocket is able to manufacture and install signage thereby offering a turnkey solution for its clients at very competitive prices,” says Craig Morris, CEO of Red Rocket.
