Nashua Mobile, the independent telecommunications service provider, has unveiled its brand new 'It's for Everyone' advertising campaign, designed to highlight how technology can enhance every person's life.
Four new television advertisements in the campaign demonstrate how Nashua Mobile's products and services allow people to make the most of their time on the move, from the library to the dance floor to the sports field. These advertisements also demonstrate how Nashua Mobile and its network and device partners are striving to make cellular and data solutions affordable and accessible for all.
Separate advertisements in the campaign highlight three affordable offerings from Nashua Mobile and MTN: the BlackBerry Curve 8520 smartphone; the Nokia Comes with Music phone; and the Compaq Presario plus mobile data bundle.
"The new campaign showcases our solutions as part of a lifestyle for today's busy young person. From organising your social life and checking your email, to playing music on the go, a notebook with Internet access or a smartphone allows you to stay in touch with everything that matters to you," says Doug Mattheus, Marketing Director at Nashua Mobile.
A smartphone for people who never imagined they could afford one, the BlackBerry Curve 8520 provides easy mobile access to email; messaging (IM; SMS; MMS); and popular social networking sites (including Facebook; Twitter; and MySpace) and features a highly tactile full-QWERTY keyboard for comfortable, accurate typing. It also features rich multimedia capabilities, and access to music; games; and other mobile applications for entertainment on the go. This approachable phone is available on MTN Anytime 100 for R149 a month.
The Nokia Comes with Music device is available on MTN Anytime 100 for R169 a month. In addition to airtime and a smartphone, this device gives consumers downloads of an unlimited number of the over five million digital tracks available on the South African Nokia Music Store (
http://music.nokia.co.za) for a one year period. In addition, the user will be able to keep all their downloaded music from the diverse catalogue of international and local artists - even when the service period of one year is over - on both their Comes with Music device and dedicated PC.
Nashua Mobile is also making PCs more affordable and accessible with a bundle that packages a HP Compaq Presario notebook with MTN Extended Data with 150 MB of bandwidth for R449 a month. The 15.6" notebook offers 4GB of RAM and 2.10 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, and is packaged with a USB Modem; Microsoft Office Home & Student; and a two-year warranty.
As part of this project the children of Reagile Primary School in Tembisa, where Nashua Mobile runs a feeding scheme, stared in the advert for the HP Compaq Presario. Through their participation, Nashua Mobile was able to give even more back to the community by making a monetary contribution to the children and staff of the school who took part in this initiative. Nashua Mobile's CSI partnership with Reagile stretches back more than five years.
The fourth advertisement that forms part of this campaign is focussed on Nashua Mobile as a brand, positioning the company as the “telecommunications service provider for everyone.” This advertisement sees participation of national rugby and cricket team captains, John Smit and Graeme Smith, who has been supported by and have supported Nashua Mobile for many years.
“We are proud to enjoy a long-standing association with both John and Graeme as their key telecommunications service providers. Both John and Graeme know how to build a winning team and this is exactly what Nashua Mobile is striving to do in order to deliver legendary service to all our customers,” concludes Mattheus.
