First launched in 2002, Brutal Fruit continues to create fresh and innovative variants, catering for the uber cool and urban spirit cooler fanatics. Mango-Goji, which launches right in time for summer, commissioned five celebrity stylists to put together the ultimate party outfits, which were showcased on the night.
“Brutal Fruit has always been known for its exciting and innovative variants and this year is no exception with the latest variant being Mango-Goji. As a new addition to our family, we are confident that Brutal Fruit consumers are going to enjoy this fresh, exciting drink this summer,” says Brutal Fruit assistant brand manager, Lulama Mahanjana
Hosted by SABC1 presenter, Pearl Modiadie, the event culminated in a dance tribute by popular Johannesburg outfit Vintage Dance Crew. The dance group took guests on a musical journey with performances of the world’s iconic choreographies such as Michael Jackson’s
Thriller, Mafikizolo’s
Khona, Beyonce’s
Single Ladies and Janet Jackson’s
Rhythm Nation. The tribute demonstrated that Mango Goji Flavour Fusion is the ultimate drink for party people.
With an invitation that spelt out that the event was a fusion of fashion and dance, South African celebrities and party revelers put their best feet forward to celebrate the arrival of the new beverage. Some of the celebrities in attendance included Maps Maponyane, Celeste Khumalo, Leroy Gopal, Eda Rose, Thando Thabethe, and
Expresso’s Lee-Roy Wright to mention but a few.
The highlight of the evening was the announcement of an all-expenses paid trip to the world’s party capital Las Vegas, for two lucky winners and their BFFs.
