The popular International food outlet, Burger King® South Africa opened its doors to Durban fans on Monday, 14 April at 10:00. Burger King® South Africa was the fifth international brand to launch for the first time in KwaZulu-Natal (and Durban specifically).
It has chosen The Pavilion Shopping Centre as its home. Other brands that made their first time appearances at The Pavilion Shopping Centre are Cotton On, which launched in December 2012; Superga which launched in June 2013; and Factorie and Tom Tailor, which launched in December 2013.
Coming up next is Lucky Brand which will open its doors for the first time at the The Pavilion Shopping Centre.
“Not only has The Pavilion Shopping Centre been KwaZulu-Natal’s first mega mall but it remains an iconic shopping and entertainment destination for every member of the family. We have enjoyed updating our favourite mall and watching The Pavilion claim its place as one of the foremost shopping destinations in the province. It is fitting that The Pavilion should emerge as a leader in its sector when it comes to introducing new and exciting retail brands to Durban,” said Nisha Kemraj, general manager of The Pavilion.
As part of The Pavilion Shopping Centre’s journey – celebrating 21 years in 2014 – shoppers have seen the creation of the new food court, luxury cinemas and the introduction of popular stores and exciting new brands. All in all, this will mean a thrilling shopping experience for every generation.
