To the Roots - a two stop botanical gardens tour will show that the band have not forgotten where they came from. These two shows are set to welcome back Prime Circle to South Africa and ushers in the outdoor shows that come with the changing of the seasons. ,
The release of the 18-track
Let the Night In – Deluxe Edition sees a further progression of the band’s ever-evolving rock sound, which has ventured into bold new places since Prime Circle was formed 15 years ago.
Prime Circle toured Europe during May and June, playing at the
Rock im Revier festival in Dortmund and at
Rockavaria festival in Munich, Germany whereafter they went on to play
Rock in Vienna in Austria to rave reviews. Aside from appearing on the bill at these massive alternative rock/metal festivals, the band also performed in Hannover, Dresden, Leipzig, Flensburg, Hamburg, Freiburg, Saarbrücken and Mannheim during this period.
Upon their return to South Africa, Prime Circle are set to play at
OppiKoppi 22. These will be their first performances back on home soil/dust. The
Back to the Roots botanical gardens shows will then be their first family friendly shows.
