Rob Abraham has been appointed as the interim CEO of Kagiso Media. He returns from retirement, having previously served as CEO of Bytes Technology Group (Bytes) for five years. Abraham spent 17 years at Bytes and retired two years ago. Historically, Rob worked closely with KTH’s management team during KTH’s investment tenure in Bytes.
Having had many interactions with Abraham and observing the financial and operational success of the business under his watch, Danisa adds, “Not only is Rob a solid operator, he is highly driven and people-centered. I have seen him inspire teams to innovate and deliver under immense pressure, with both integrity and passion.”
Abraham commented, “I am excited by this opportunity and am certainly looking forward to working with the Kagiso Media executive team, the board and over 900 colleagues across the Kagiso Media group.”
