From Saturday, 24 August, Bliss reunites with her sisters in all-new episodes of
The Powerpuff Girls. The show will be aired on weekends at 18:10 CAT.
Additionally, the new series
DC Super Hero Girls will be aired. The four-episode special orients six classic DC female superheroes during their time in highschool. The special has the intent to empower its girl audience with courage and confidence.
The channel has put together a series of six
Powerpuff Girls-inspired tutorials to entertain young girls across the African continent.
The Powerpuff Girls tutorials, which are an extension of the
PPG Awards, are the first locally-produced online videos to be available exclusively on Cartoon Network Africa.
As of August, two tutorials will be launched every month across the channel's online and on-air platforms, starting with the
Powerslime and
Eaaasy Earrings tutorials.
