The legendary DJ and producer as well as the cool Kwela Tebza are part of the current Hansa Legends in the Making Tour and their scheduled performance at Chillas on Friday will be the start of 15, nationwide, concerts including 8 other artists such as: afro-pop group Malaika, the soulful Ntando, Zuluboy and many more.



The Hansa Pilsener Legends in the Making Tour was launched last month at an exclusive venue in Johannesburg where it was revealed on the night that skateboarder musician, Pharrell Williams, and his band N.E.R.D will be performing at the grand finale concert in February 2011.



Johannesburg will host the first two events on Friday and Saturday (17th and 18th December) before the Tour moves to Durban, Cape Town, East London, the Free State and Limpopo. Each week, fans from each province will experience music with a special ingredient culminating in the final concert at the Standard Bank Arena on Saturday, 12 February 20100 (with a headline performance by Pharrell Williams and N.E.R.D).



DJ Tira is rearing to play for fans and he is equally excited about the Tour. “I love playing for crowds and I gain great pleasure in seeing people dance to the music I play. Tickets for the concerts are not for sale. Fans wanting to tickets will need to get their hands on a Hansa and enter the competition using their unique code found on the underliner. They can also win tickets by listening out for competitions on any six (6) partner SABC African radio stations, or even just by getting spotted drinking a Hansa.
